  1. I wasted two cd discs trying to burn this iso and it kept reading Error 3200 reading sector 476078 no default or U configuration directive found when I would go to load it. So much for a review. Seriously, I wasted my time downloading something that I was hoping to find amazing but in the end, it was a huge letdown. Now I gotta go to the store and buy more blank discs since I wasted the last two I had. Maybe someone should fix this before the actual release. Thanks!!

    • Chuckie,
I understand your frustration. I am sorry that we did not explicitly mention that the ISO image is 900+mb which is much larger than the normal ~700mb CDs. You must burn it onto dvd or you can use unetbootin to write the ISO to a USB thumb drive which would also save you money ;)

  2. You mention that the iso is over 900MB but the iso file on sourceforge is just over 400MB and does now work. Please check and upload the correct file.

    Good luck with your distro.

  3. Yeah, I’m with Wiz, explain to me why you haven’t corrected the size of the image when you download it. It keeps coming up 411 mb. If its 900 mb, then why does it read 411 mb? I would definately recommend that you fix that problem as I stated before before people end up wasting their discs, or their time downloading this. This looks like it will be very promising if you can get the issues fixed!! I will be excited about doing the review once the problems are situated, and will let you know what I think. Thanks!!

  4. I’m am really happy to see that you got that taken care of. I really can’t wait to see this!! I will check it out, and let you know what I think. Thank you so much!!

  5. good makeover of ubuntu, i have used ubuntu for sometime but since last yr i have shifted to arch and gentoo, as my experience has evolved with linux, keshto this is a good effort, seriously you should work with gentoo aswell. I recommend you work on a security distribution aswell based on your previous arch-elegance work.
